HealthPathways within the context of Whole of System Change

The HealthPathways Conference brings together the entire HealthPathways Community to network, collaborate, and discuss best practices for developing HealthPathways. 

The 2016 HP Conference Programme was developed to cater for all roles within a HealthPathways Team, including CEOs, program managers, clinical leaders, clinical editors, and coordinators. Conference sessions were spread across the Canterbury health system.
