HealthPathways Platform Integrations

Our aim is to make HealthPathways easily accessible at the point of care and to enable clinicians to quickly move from HealthPathways to other health IT systems as needed.

This page provides an overview of existing HealthPathways platform integrations. If you are working with a vendor that is not listed here please encourage them to contact us if they wish to explore HealthPathways integration options.

HealthPathways APIs have been developed to enable seamless and reliable integration with third-party vendor systems. Access to these APIs is provided to third-party vendors at no cost, however they must complete an application process. For more information, go to API Documentation.
