All-day parking is not available around the Newcastle City Hall. The nearest parking station is Hunter Parking and Storage: https://www.huntercarparks.com.au/
Conference registration opens at 7.30 am on Monday 14 May. Please collect your name badge at Registration desk in the Foyer. You’ll then be given a conference pack.
You can grab a tea or coffee from the Banquet Room downstairs before finding a seat in the Concert Hall.
- Day 1 begins at 7.30 am and finishes with a networking event at the Newcastle City Hill from 5.15 pm. See separate entry.
- Day 2 begins at 8.30 am and finishes at 4.30 pm.
- Day 3 begins at 8.30 am and finishes around 3.00 pm.

The Session Guides will scan the QR code on your name badge as you enter each session. Please hold your name tag out to allow them to scan it quickly.
Free bus transport is provided outside the front of the Newcastle City Hall to take you to Stream F sessions at John Hunter Hospital and Hunter Medical Research Institute. Seats on the bus are limited, so book your seat.
The Newcastle City Hall offers free wifi for conference delegates. You’ll find log-in details on your table.
You’ll find the toilets at the eastern and western ends of all three floor of the Newcastle City Hall.

Meals and Breaks
Lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments will be served in the Banquet Room on the Ground Floor.
During lunch service, you are welcome to fill a takeaway container and enjoy your meal while sitting in the park across the road.
A networking event will be held on Monday 14 May at 5.15 pm in the Banquet Room downstairs on the Ground Floor. Beverages and canapes are available until 6.15 pm.
Please note a correction to the Handbook: there is no Networking event on Tuesday 15 May.
The conference dinner will be held at NOAH’s on the Beach on Tuesday 15 May. Drinks will be served from 6.30 pm with dinner service starting at 7.00 pm.
Free parking is available on the vacant lot next to the Hotel on Zaara Street. Use the intercom at the gate and advise reception what event you are attending. They will then open the boom gate.
