After just three years HealthPathways Sydney has become one of the first Australian sites to reach 400 pathways - and we've created an infographic to celebrate! 

Sydney is one of only six regions in the HealthPathways Community to reach this milestone. With the assistance of HealthPathways Sydney team - and a little delving around in Dot - we've visualised how they got to the 400 mark and looked at what they've been doing that works so well.
