Latest HealthPathways Product Updates

Published on 08 Oct, 2016 | Return|

On Monday, we're releasing a couple of usability improvements to Dot and HealthPathways websites.

Dot Feedback

New Review links added to Feedback Threads

Feedback threads linked to a pathway under review will now include some handy links to other review-related sections in Dot.

  • Review Feedback link will open a new tab in your browser to all review-related feedback for that pathway.
  • Review Record link will open a new tab to the review record for that pathway, where you can view the review start and completion dates, and add a Summary of Change.
  • Unlink Feedback link will allow you to disconnect this piece of feedback from the review record for that pathway.

Filter Feedback by Urgency

Currently, you can order feedback by Urgency, using the column header. After this update, you'll also be able to filter feedback by a specific Urgency level.

For tips on how to manage feedback, see HealthPathways Online Help.

HealthPathways Feedback button will no longer change during reviews

Last month, we signalled to HealthPathways regions that we’re going to remove the functionality that changes the blue "Feedback" button at the top of pathways to a red "Add your comment" button, with a note "This pathway is under review" appearing underneath.

Consequently, from Monday the Feedback button on HealthPathways websites will no longer change its appearance when the Pathway Status in Dot is set to Full Review.
