3D HealthPathways wins Collaboration Award

On Friday night, the 3D HealthPathways Team won the 3DHB Sub Regional Collaboration award at the 3DHB Quality Improvement and Innovation Awards in Wellington, NZ. The award recognises individual, teams and services from across the DHBs collective health care system that have worked collaboratively with peers within the sub-region leading to reduced health disparities for the patient and family/whanau.

The award was judged by the two CEOs of the DHBs, Graham Dyer and Debbie Chin, and presented by Carolyn Cooper (COO of Wairarapa and Hutt Valley DHBs). It was accepted by Dr Chris Masters (Clinical Lead) on behalf of the program.
