Eastern Melbourne HealthPathways recently launched their live site at the “Beyond Pathways” event. A walk-through exhibit showcased projects from the local healthcare community, including the Medicare Local, Community Health Services, and Hospital, and highlighted the prevalence of diabetes in the region.
The exhibit also demonstrated how GPs could use HealthPathways as an online resource at the point of care. Computer stations were made available for guests to explore the website. Eastern Melbourne launched the live site with 22 localised clinical pathways.
