Over recent weeks there have been some changes to in the HealthPathways Community Success Team. Streamliners continues to focus on support for members of the HealthPathways Community, to help them achieve the maximum benefits from their HealthPathways programmes.

Welcoming Stefanie (Stef) Colquhoun

We recently welcomed Stef to the Streamliners team, in her new role as the Community Success Manager for the Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia HealthPathways teams.

Stef is very familiar with HealthPathways, as before joining the Streamliners team, she was Programme Manager for the Western Australia HealthPathways team.

New responsibilities for Paola Castaneda

Paola has now taken on the role as Community Success Manager for the New South Wales HealthPathways regions. She brings significant experience to the role, having previously worked as a HealthPathways Lead Writer. In the meantime, Paola will continue her work as a Pathway Sharing Facilitator, alongside her CSM role.

Regional Group Manager change - United Kingdom HealthPathways writing team

Recently, Anja Hüskens, who was previously Regional Group Manager (RGM) for the United Kingdom writing team at Streamliners, accepted a 12-month secondment as Community Success Manager for local HealthPathways teams in the United Kingdom. As Anja prepares to set off to her new temporary home in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, we welcome Kieran Stone into her new role as acting RGM for the United Kingdom writing team. Kieran brings considerable HealthPathways experience to this RGM role, as before this, she was a Lead Writer in the New South Wales writing team.

How your community success manager can help you

Your community success manager supports you to get the most out of your HealthPathways programme. They can assist you to achieve your goals and work collaboratively, including:

• providing support and troubleshooting
• monitoring and adding value to HealthPathways programmes 
• representing the HealthPathways Community’s interests at Streamliners 
• coordinating the regional forums.

Community Success portfolios

The Community Success team works closely with the Regional Clinical Advisors (RGCAs), and with the Streamliners Writing, and Capability and Communications teams. The team will continue to be led by Gary Ng until the new Community Partnership team is fully established.

Transfer to the new Community Partnership team

On Thursday 13 October we let you know about team changes to enable Streamliners to better support the HealthPathways Community. With a simplified name, the new Community Partnership team is taking shape. We expect to provide a further update about this by the end of the year.

Members of the current Community Success team will transfer the new team, led by Director of Community Partnership Erin Wilmshurst, once it is fully operational.
