The Canterbury HealthPathways Team recently carried out an online survey of general practitioners and practice nurses about managing urinary incontinence in women. Although the response rate to the survey was quite low, the results identified several areas where knowledge could be improved.
The organisers are keen to carry out this survey in other Australia and New Zealand HealthPathways regions and compare the results.
It’s very easy to get your region involved!
All you need to do is include a short blurb and the survey link in your next HealthPathways Subscriber Update to general practices. Survey Monkey will collect the data and the organisers will collate and summarise the results for your region.
If you are interested in being involved in this project, please email either Graham McGeoch (mcgeochg@gmail.com) or Brett Shand (shandbrett@gmail.com).
