Between Thursday 24^th December and Monday 4^th January, the Streamliners office will be open normal business hours and closed for the statutory holidays. However, most of the HealthPathways Writing Team will be taking a holiday.

If you need to add an emergency update to your HealthPathways website on the weekend or on a statutory holiday during this time, please follow the Emergency Update Protocol.

All other DOT feedback and emails received during this period will be reviewed and assigned, but may not be actioned until the first week of January. Also, bear in mind we receive a high volume of work in the final week of the year as Coordinators and Clinical Editors clear their desks!

Therefore, we advise HealthPathways Coordinators to contact their lead writer by no later than Monday 21 December to discuss what work they’d like prioritised in the first week of January.

Normal turnaround times will resume from Monday 8^th January onwards.
