This useful resource will help you to attract the right people with the right blend of skills, experience, and motivation into your HealthPathways team. The pack contains an Organisation and Recruitment Guide, and Position Descriptions.
The Organisation and Recruitment Guide gives guidance on recommended organisational structure, roles and responsibilities, and estimated time commitments.
Position descriptions for the roles of HealthPathways Clinical Editor, Senior Clinical Editor, Coordinator, Programme Manager, Clinical Lead and Executive Sponsor define the purpose, working relationships, key responsibilities, and requirements for each role.
