Mobile-friendly HealthPathways Implementation begins in September

Since previewing the new mobile-friendly HealthPathways platform at the 2018 HealthPathways Conference, we've received a lot of great feedback from the HealthPathways Community. We're now ready to begin implementations across the community from September.

The new platform will support increased clinician engagement by making your clinical pathways easier to access and use at the point of care.

To try it for yourself, go to the Pathway Development Hub on your draft HealthPathways website. There you’ll find a link to “Introducing the new mobile-friendly HealthPathways interface”.

Mobile-friendly HealthPathways Platform Implementation Packs

Today we sent individualised Mobile-friendly HealthPathways Platform Implementation Packs to Programme Managers in each region.

The packs include information that will enable each HealthPathways team to fully assess their readiness to invest time and resources into implementing the mobile-friendly HealthPathways platform.

Implementations across the HealthPathways Community will start from September onwards. Owing to the work involved in preparing each site for the new platform, we’ll start with those regions who are first to sign off on the Implementation Agreement, and work with two or three regions at a time. Once each region completes sign-off, their implementation will be scheduled and a more detailed work programme will be developed.

If you wish to discuss your region’s pack or you have any questions, please email Graeme Wilson, Streamliners Business Analyst (graeme.wilson@streamliners.co.nz), in the first instance, and he will respond or set up a time to discuss your implementation.

Canterbury mobile-friendly sites launch next week

Next week we will launch the mobile-friendly HealthPathways platform in Canterbury. There will be a link to the mobile-friendly sites on both the Canterbury Community and Hospital HealthPathways homepages. The mobile-friendly sites will contain the same clinical pathways as the classic sites.

Feedback from early adopters in Canterbury will help improve the platform before we begin implementation across the HealthPathways Community from September.
