Latest Dot Update: New multi-region filter and Contacts menu

Published on 28 Jun, 2016 | Return|

Today several updates were released in the HealthPathways Admin System (Dot).

Multi-region filter in Feedback

With the creation of Primary Health Networks in Australia last year and the establishment of agreements across a number of New Zealand District Health Boards, several HealthPathways teams are now managing the work of more than one HealthPathways program.

To assist with this, a multi-region filter has been released in the Region field within Dot Feedback. This allows those teams who manage the feedback of more than one region to not only toggle between each region’s feedback in the Region field, but also to view all feedback from all regions at once.

People menu split into two new menus

In preparation for the roll out of the HealthPathways Directory from next month, the People menu has been renamed Contacts and a new menu added to Dot, titled Directory*.

The Contacts menu contains the Manage Contacts functions for managing the details of people involved in implementing your HealthPathways program.

The Directory menu* contains the Manage Providers functions for managing the details of health professionals and services listed in and published from the new HealthPathways Directory. Here you’ll also find a link to a searchable National Health Service Directory widget – which you may find useful for finding local service information.

*Currently only available to regions who have access to the HealthPathways Directory.
